Union Minister of Women and Child Development Smriti Irani on Wednesday shared the recipe of a traditional dish from Nagaland on Twitter as a mark of celebrating PoshanMaah 2020.
The video featured a 13-year-old Dimapur based chef AyimImchen cooking the dish.
Taking to her Twitter handle, the minister wrote, “13-year-old budding Chef AyimImchen from Dimapur has learnt a traditional dish from her Grandmother. This simple nutritious recipe from Nagaland is just the tip of the huge iceberg called Indian cuisine.”

The National Nutrition month or PoshanMaah 2020 which commenced from September 1 will continue till September 30.
