Lunglei Battalion of Headquarter 23 Sector Assam Rifles under the aegis of Headquarter Inspector General Assam Rifles (East) organised a Volleyball match at Vill Laki on Friday.

The volleyball match was organised with an aim to develop and boost sportsmanship and hunt talented sportsperson amongst the local youths. Thereafter the youth were briefed on the importance of studies to secure Government jobs in various sectors.

A total 12 local youths of Laki village participated in the match. Both the teams played valiantly and displayed exemplary standards of sportsmanship and team work and the match ended on a healthy note.
