We humans, as social animals, are interdependent on one another and it is the social solidarity at times of need that leads to the solution of issues as well as sustainable development. Keeping this in mind, the session has been organised for the residents of this village”. “This is just the initial phase; we shall be visiting the village again and have one-to-one interactions to know more about their issues and try to provide solutions” she added. During the interactive session, Dr. Barman said that it is not possible to solve the issues caused by flood within a day or two. “Together, with your support, we can solve all issues within a definite span of time” she said, while urging the villagers to stay in solidarity. She has also highlighted and discussed with the women their issues during flood specially their reproductive health.
