Lunglei Battalion of Headquarter 23 Sector Assam Rifles under the aegis of Headquarter Inspector General Assam Rifles (East), organized a “Yoga Workshop” Lunglei on Tuesday.

A total of 80 AR personnel and 20 civilians participated in the event. Events of this kind make the individuals mentally and physically robust.

The event sent a  strong message to be physically active and improve one’s health.
