Assam: Toll Rates to Go Up on National Highways from April 1

The National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) decided to hike the rate of toll fees from April 1, 2021.

Under the new revised rates, several toll plazas in the Assam will charge higher toll fees.

The NHAI has decided to revise toll rates between 5 to 7%.

According to revised rates applicable from midnight of March 31, toll rates for all categories of vehicles will be increased by 5% on the majority of toll plazas.

Rates for monthly passes, which includes 50 trips per month are also set to increase.

The toll plazas in Assam that will charge the new revised rates are Madanpur, Mikirati, Hawgaon, Nazirakhat, Raha and Manderdisa toll plazas.
