Ahead of the second phase of the Asam Assembly election 2021, Union Minister Smriti Iranai taking a jibe at the Congress-led Mahajot said that AIUDF Chief, Badruddin Ajmal’s dream is to lock off Assam’s aspirations.

In a tweet the Assam Pradesh BJP wrote, “Badruddin Ajmal’s dream is to lock off Assam’s aspirations. But in a democracy, the key to development lies with the people.

And people of Assam are firmly with @BJP4India. They are aware only the BJP can bring holistic development: Smt @smritiirani Ji”.
