Lunglei Battalion of Headquarter 23 Sector Assam Rifles under the aegis of Headquarter Inspector General Assam Rifles (East), conducted a cleanliness drive for  ‘Clean Lunglei,  Green Lunglei’ under Swachchha Bharat Abhiyan at  Lunglei, Mizoram on Friday.

A total of 61 Assam Rifles personnel and  16 civilians participated in the event.

The area around Lunglei Bridge was cleaned and thereafter an informal interaction was carried out to educate individuals on waste segregation and its management.
