In line with celebrations under the ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’, an Integrated Communication & Outreach Programme was organized today at B.R. Ambedkar Academy in Itanagar.
An initiative of the Central Bureau of Communication, this programme emphasized ‘nation-first spirit’ and exhorted the audiences to contribute towards nation-building. It also held discussions on Garib Kalyan and Vision India@2047.

The Garib Kalyan initiative intends to reach out to the underprivileged with food and money and assist them in buying essential supplies.
The Vision India@2047 points out the new heights of prosperity; making the best facilities available both in villages and cities; eliminating unnecessary interference by the authorities in the lives of citizens, and building modern infrastructure.
