The President Droupadi Murmu will pay a two-day visit to Nagaland from November 2-3, which will be her second visit to the northeastern state after assuming office.
According to sources, Murmu will attend a series of events in Kohima and the state government will accord her a civic reception at the Capital Cultural Hall in Kohima on November 2.
The Nagaland Home Commissioner – Abhijit Sinha has requested various tribal bodies to attend the event.
Besides, a cultural programme followed by a state banquet will be organized at the Chief Minister’s residential complex later on November 2.
