Agartala, October 31, 2022: Eyeing to achieve landslide victory in the forthcoming assembly election in Tripura slated to be held early next year, Pradesh Bharatiya Janata Party’s election ‘Prabhari’ Dr Mahendra Singh has started organizational activities of the party in different parts of the state.
Dr Singh, member of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Council will hold meetings in several constituencies during his five-day visit to Tripura. In the meeting, the program is going to be focused on the election in 2023. The BJP high command has given the responsibility to Dr Singh for the election.
Accordingly, he is making strategy by holding congregational meetings. Party sources said, each assembly is taking a strategy based on situations to deal with the opposition. With this aim, the central leadership has started running in assembly constituencies.
Apart from the Mandal Committee, there is an interaction with Shakti Kendra Coordinator, Booth President, Morcha President, General Secretary and state leaders of the respective Mandals and in view of which the strategy is determined.
Election ‘Prabhari’ Dr Mahendra Singh started his organizational activities with Hrishyamukh Mandal under South Tripura district on Sunday. He has a program in Barjala Mandal in the suburbs of Agartala city on Monday. On November 1, he will hold a meeting with the committee members of Khowai and Teliamura mandals.
According to BJP sources, apart from the meeting with everyone, the opinion of the local leadership is also being sought at the personal level. This process is going on to understand the real situation of the organization.
In the next few months, the Lotus camp has also taken initiatives to eliminate all differences between the parties. This work is going on under the monitoring of the central leadership. In order to restore the rhythm of the party, at the moment, the initiative to actively pull the old and poor workers to the side is going on in parallel.
After Rajib Bhattacharjee took charge as the state president, he took initiative in this work. With everyone together, the state BJP has decided on a plan to return to power. Dr Singh, one of the leaders of BJP’s victory in the last assembly elections of Assam, is also giving importance in this direction.
BJP national joint general secretary V Satish, party’s central observer Dr Mahesh Sharma have also given guidelines to get into the poll war with everyone.
Meanwhile, the ruling party sources also said that a booth-victory campaign program will begin in every booth of the state in the next few days. Everywhere the government’s success in the last four and a half years will be highlighted.
