The Manipur Government inked the partnership agreement with the Times Of India (TOI) to host the grand finale of 59th edition of Femina Miss India on April 2023.
Manipur Chief Minister – N Biren Singh and Managing Director of Times group – Vineet Jain inked the partnership agreement, in the presence of Ministers, MLAs and other state government officials.
“This will be the first time that the mega event is being organized in the North East and reflects the growing interest in the region especially by investors in Manipur,” stated the CM.
He further added that the event will motivate the local youths, provide an opportunity to promote ecotourism and showcase the glorious culture and traditions of Manipur.
The agreement was signed between the Department of Tourism, Government of Manipur and organizers of the beauty pageant.
