Rozgar Mela: Nearly 79 Youths From Mizoram Receive Appointment Letters In Aizawl

In line with the unwavering efforts of the central government, the ‘Rozgar Mela’ was observed in Aizawl at Loch Hall of the 2nd Battalion of the Assam Rifles. The event was graced by the Union Minister of State (MoS) for Environment, Forest and Climate Change – Ashwini Kumar Chaubey.

He also distributed 79 appointments letters to new recruits of various Government Services – 12 new recruits (3 Females) for Border Security Forces, 4 SSB new recruits, 62 new recruits (18 Females) for the Assam Rifles and 1 new recruits for Indian Overseas Bank.

Speaking after the distribution ceremony of the appointment letters, Chaubey  noted that “it is indeed a proud moment that while India is celebrating its 75th Independence Anniversary, the Union Government, under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi is able to organize Rozgar Mela, where 71,000 youths of the nation are awarded their appointment letters for a permanent government job.”

“I am also delighted to physically hand over these appointment letters to 79 youths of Mizoram. The youths are the strength of our nation, and I am certain that you will carry out your respective jobs with utmost dedication and commitment,” said Ashwini Kumar Chaubey.

Furthermore, he added that PM Modi has given utmost significance to uplift the status of women in the country and numerous job opportunities has been created especially for women.

He also added that India is a huge country with diverse race and culture; yet, through our differences, we have achieved strength in diversity.

The day’s function was attended by Dr. BD Chakma, MLA, BJP State President Vanlalhmuaka, DIG Assam Rifles Brig. Digvijay Singh, BSF Commandant Pramod Chauhan, Deputy Commandant Sachin Parashar and other state officials.

The selected candidates expressed gratitude on receiving appointment letters for jobs and thanked the Union government led by PM Narendra Modi for giving them the opportunity to work for the nation.
