Arunachal Pradesh Wushu Team Clinches Top Honors At 33rd Senior National Wushu Championship

Arunachal Pradesh’s Senior Wushu Team made history by emerging as Overall Team Champions and Taolu Team Champions at the 33rd Senior National Wushu Championship 2024. The team secured 10 medals, including 7 gold and 3 bronze, showcasing their exceptional skill and dedication.

Chief Minister Pema Khandu lauded the Arunachal Pradesh Senior Wushu Team’s exceptional performance, praising gold medalists Neyman Wangsu, Chera Loku, and Mercy Ngaimong in Taolu events, as well as Sanda bronze medalists Gyamar Yatup and Taug Ama.

Eight team members have been selected for the upcoming 38th National Games 2024.

After meeting with the champions, the Chief Minister remarked, “Felt proud to meet these champions today… Their hard work has now earned them this recognition.”
