Aizawl, Nov 27: Mizoram Chief Minister Lalduhoma has announced that the state government will take action against non-performing employees and remove them from service.

The decision was made during a review meeting of the Education department, where Lalduhoma stated that committees will be formed across various departments to evaluate the performance of employees.

The Chief Minister emphasized that this initiative is part of efforts to ensure a more qualified and efficient workforce in the state government.
