Agartala, December 27, 2024: Union Minister for Food, Civil Supplies, Consumer Affairs, and New & Renewable Energy, Pralhad Joshi is set to visit Tripura on December 28 for a two-day state visit. During his visit, he will attend several government functions and review various central schemes.
Pralhad Joshi will arrive in Agartala on Saturday afternoon and visit the Food Corporation of India (FCI) office at Nandannagar. He is also scheduled to inspect the state government’s food godowns. Later in the day, he will hold a meeting with officials from FCI and CWC.
In the evening, the Union Minister will participate in a review meeting on central schemes related to food, aspirational districts, and renewable energy. The meeting will be held at Secretariat in the presence of Chief Minister Prof. Dr. Manik Saha.
On December 29, Joshi will visit Charilam to inspect a programme by the Tripura Renewable Energy Development Agency Traders. He will interact with local residents and later visit the Mata Tripureshwari temple in Udaipur under Sepahijala district. The Union Minister is expected to return to Bengaluru on the same day.
