Itanagar, Jan 3: Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu met Amitabh Gupta, IPS, Inspector General of Police (IGP) of the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) during his visit to the state. In a social media post, the Chief Minister highlighted the ITBP’s significant role in securing the state’s borders and contributing to development in remote areas.

Khandu acknowledged the ITBP’s dedication in ensuring national security, particularly in the challenging terrains of Arunachal Pradesh, and expressed his gratitude for the sacrifices made by ITBP personnel in safeguarding the nation’s borders.
