Agartala, Jan 16: Border Security Force (BSF) personnel in Tripura successfully foiled multiple smuggling attempts along the Indo-Bangladesh Border. During these operations, the BSF seized 350 kilograms of sugar, 4.5 kilograms of ganja, and other contraband items, with a total value of ₹11,84,342. Additionally, 10,565 Bangladeshi Taka were recovered.
The BSF also rescued four cattle being smuggled across the border. These actions were part of the ongoing efforts by the BSF to curb illegal cross-border activities.
