Kohima, Mar 29: Venuzo Dawhuo from Thenyizu village, Phek district, successfully defended his title at the 15th Naga Wrestling Association (NWA) Open Naga Wrestling Championship 2025.

In the final match held at the local ground in Kohima on Friday, the 28-year-old champion secured victory against 29-year-old Kezhaseluo-o Pienyü of Kohima Village, reaffirming his dominance in Naga wrestling and extending his reign as the tournament’s titleholder.
